Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the ChargedSMP website, player account and store.

1. About ChargedSMP
ChargedSMP operates a Minecraft community, website and digital store. Store support and legal notices can be sent through the official ChargedSMP Discord. These terms do not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
2. Accounts and linking
Website accounts use Discord for authentication and may be linked to a Minecraft UUID. You are responsible for using an account you control. Do not attempt to claim another player's Minecraft profile, bypass account linking, abuse coupons, create duplicate reward claims or interfere with store systems.
3. Digital purchases
Store purchases are digital server benefits such as ranks and crate keys. The product, quantity and price shown at checkout are verified by the ChargedSMP server before payment. PayPal is the payment provider. ChargedSMP does not receive your PayPal password or full card details.
4. Delivery
Paid orders are queued for automatic in-game fulfillment after payment confirmation. Delivery normally takes a few minutes. Some key deliveries may require the linked Minecraft player to be online. A delayed delivery does not mean you should purchase the same item again; use the order number when contacting staff.
5. Immediate delivery and withdrawal rights
At checkout you can request that delivery of the digital purchase begins immediately. Where applicable law allows it, your statutory withdrawal right may be affected once digital content or a digital service has been fully delivered after your express request and acknowledgement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that remain mandatory under applicable consumer law.
6. Coupons and free rewards
Coupons, promotions and the Daily Reward may have limits, expiry dates and eligibility rules. Daily Reward availability is tied to the authenticated account and linked Minecraft profile. Abuse, automation or attempts to bypass cooldowns may result in the reward being denied or the account being restricted.
7. Server rules and bans
Purchases do not exempt a player from ChargedSMP rules. A rank or store purchase does not guarantee permanent access to the Minecraft server if the player is legitimately suspended or banned under the server rules.
8. Refunds and payment disputes
Refund requests are handled under the ChargedSMP Refund Policy and applicable law. If an order is not delivered or is delivered incorrectly, contact staff before opening duplicate payments or repeated checkout attempts.
9. Changes and availability
ChargedSMP may reasonably update store presentation, perks, balancing and technical delivery methods. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement without a legitimate reason. Maintenance, outages or third-party service failures can temporarily affect the website, PayPal, Discord authentication or Minecraft delivery.
