Refund Policy
A clear process for missing, incorrect or disputed ChargedSMP digital purchases.

Delivery first
Ranks and crate keys are delivered automatically after payment confirmation and can take a few minutes. Some key deliveries may wait for the linked Minecraft player to be online. If delivery is delayed, do not purchase the same item again; contact staff with the order number.
When to contact us
Contact ChargedSMP if an order was charged but not delivered, the wrong product/quantity was delivered, you were charged more than expected, or you believe a payment was made without authorization. We can review the PayPal reference and fulfillment history.
Delivered digital purchases
Because store products are digital server benefits intended for immediate delivery, a refund is not automatically available merely because a player changes their mind after successful delivery. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply, including rights that cannot legally be waived.
Immediate delivery
Checkout asks you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, the statutory withdrawal right may be affected once the digital purchase is fully delivered.
Bans and rule enforcement
A later moderation action does not by itself reverse a correctly delivered purchase. Store purchases do not grant immunity from ChargedSMP rules. This does not affect any statutory remedy you may have if the purchased digital product itself was not supplied as agreed.
How to request help
Contact staff through the official ChargedSMP Discord and provide your Minecraft username and ChargedSMP order number. Do not post PayPal credentials, passwords or sensitive payment information in public channels.
